pork lard-

Recipe

1. 

onion 5.25 oz (150 g)  carrots 5.25 oz (150 g)  bell pepper (yellow,red,green) 3 pcs

Clean the vegetables. Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots roughly. Cut the peppers into small cubes.

2. 

minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g)  beef meat minced 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt 2 tsp  ground black pepper 1 tsp

Add both meat, eggs, salt and pepper to the vegetables. Mix well.

3. 

pork lard  meal

Grease the mold or a smaller baking dish with fat and sprinkle with flour. Put the mixture into the mold, press. Bake the meatloaf in a preheated oven, covered with foil, at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) C for 45 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
