1. 

chicken egg 4 pcs  powdered sugar 1.5 oz (40 g)

Whip the eggs with the sugar.

2. 

meal 3.5 oz (100 g)  ground walnuts 2.75 oz (80 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 oz (8 g)

Add flour, baking powder and nuts. Whip it together.

3. 

Pour the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

4. 

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.

unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g)  powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)

Beat room-temperatured butter with sugar until creamy.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  egg yolk 4 pcs  all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.75 oz (20 g)

Mix the yolks and flour in the milk. Cook pudding.

7. 

Let the pudding cool.

8. 

Add butter cream to the pudding, whip well together.

9. 

powdered sugar 4.5 oz (130 g)  egg white 4 pcs

Whip the egg whites with the sugar over the steam into solid snow. Cool.

10. 

Spread butter cream on the cooled base and whipped egg whites on it.

11. 

Sprinkle with ground nuts.
