whipping cream (30-33% fat)3.25tbsp50milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

roasted peanuts with no salt 5.25 oz (150 g)

Chop the peanuts in a food processor - chopper finely.

2. 

sugar granulated 4.5 oz (125 g)

Give sugar into the pot ...

... and melt it into caramel.

4. 

sweetened condensed milk 8.75 oz (250 g)

Add sweetened milk and stir until dissolved.

5. 

unsalted butter 4.5 oz (125 g)

Add butter and stir until dissolved.

6. 

Chocolate 85% 1.75 oz (50 g)  whipping cream (30-33% fat) 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Melt the chocolate in the cream and mix it into the caramel mixture.

7. 

wafers 3 pcs

Pour the caramel-chocolate mixture on the first wafer (wafer size 30x15 cm) and spread it in a thin layer.

8. 

Sprinkle with peanuts and press them gently. Put the wafer aside.

9. 

Add peanuts into a caramel-chocolate mixture in a pot.

10. 

Place a wafer on the board and spread half the mixture on it.

11. 

Lay the second wafer on the layer of peanut mixture and spread the other half of the mixture on it.

12. 

Place the wafer, which you have prepared as the first on top. Gently but firmly press and let them harden in the cold.

13. 

Cut the wafers into smaller rectangles.
