Put the above mentioned ingredients in a bowl. Knead the dough, wrap it in food foil and store it in the fridge for an hour.
Roll the dough on a floured board and cut rings out (diameter about 4 cm).
Place the rings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for 8 minutes at 180 °C.

Beat the egg whites until they are foamy.
Mix sugar, finely chopped peanuts (best chopped in a kitchen chopper) and crushed peanuts in the egg white snow.
Lay a teaspoon of the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. When baking, they get a round shape.
Bake for 10 minutes at 160 °C.
Join the rings with jam.
Let it rest for one day and you can serve.
