1. Preparing the dough

all-purpose flour / plain flour 10.5 oz (300 g)  egg yolk 1 pc  unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g)  powdered sugar 2.75 oz (80 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 1 tsp  cocoa powder 1 tbsp

Pour the flour into a bowl. Add cocoa, baking powder and powdered sugar. Let butter melt little bit and cut it into smaller pieces. Tie Add them into flour along with egg yolk.

2. Knead dough

Chocolate 85% 3.5 oz (100 g)

Finally, add finely grated bitter chocolate. Knead the dough with your hands, shape the ball and let it rest for an hour in a cool place.

3. Cutting cookies

Divide the dough into smaller pieces, which are then gradually molded on a floured board. Molded dough should have the height of 3 mm. Cut three sizes of stars.

4. Baking

Put stars on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place them in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes at 300°F (150°C) C. Let them cool after baking.
