Mix the sugar and vegetable fat Hera. Whisk egg whites.
Gently add whites, nuts, flour and Golden Ear to the fat with sugar.
Spread the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet, bake at 355°F (180°C) C for 20-25 minutes.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until you get foam, spread evenly on baked dough after about three minutes.
Cut when yolk is dry and pour knife into hot water.
