1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.1 lb (500 g)  unsalted butter 10 oz (280 g)  powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)  salt  ground walnuts 3.5 oz (100 g)  vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (8 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 1 tsp  egg yolk 2 pcs  chicken egg 1 pc

Cut the butter into smaller pieces and put in a bowl. When the butter softens, add flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, ground nuts, vanilla sugar, baking powder, egg yolks and whole eggs. Knead the dough.

Let the dough rest in the cold for an hour. Preheat the oven to 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) C.

3. 

Roll the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut the wheels.

4. 

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.

5. 

apricot jam

Spread half of the baked wheels with jam and cover with the other half of the wheels.

6. 

cooking chocolate

Decorate the wheels sweets decoration and chocolate.
