Quick delicacy from chocolate and whipped-custard cream, suitable also for the children party.

1. Prep of baskets
cooking chocolate 7 oz (200 g)
Melt cooking chocolate in a water bath. Set aside and let it cool for a while. Do not add anything to the chocolate, it should be thicker. HINT: You can use any kind of cooking chocolate, we used nougat one.
Prepare paper baskets and with reversed side of spoon pour the basket inside with chocolate, edges must be a little thicker so during removing of the paper it does not break. Let it cool down in a fridge.
When baskets hardened, take it out of the fridge and carefully remove the paper baskets.
Place almond or hazelnut on the bottom of each basket.
5. Prep of mousse
Stir vanilla custard powder in a part of used milk.
vanilla sugar 2 pcs
Bring to a boil remaining part of milk together with vanilla sugar.
Pour in mixed custard and cook a thick cream.
whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (180 ml)
Stir whipped cream slightly into the cooled cream.
Fill the pastry decorating tool with vanilla mouse and fill the baskets.
Finally sprinkle the baskets with cocoa powder.
