common carp  carrots 4 pcs  onion 2 pcs  parsley 1 pc  celery 0.25 pc  whole black pepper  salt  whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml)  egg yolk 1 pc  vegetable salt

Cook the carp (head, tail, part of the meat, you can also use the whole carp for several people) for half an hour. Add vegetables, pepper and salt to the broth. At the end, season with cream in which you have mixed one egg yolk. Add herbs and parsley to taste.
