semi skimmed milk 1,5%¾cup200milliliters

1. Cook the cream and sugar in a pot on a medium heat.

Cook the cream and sugar in a pot on a medium heat.

2. 

vanilla pod 1 pc

Cut vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape the inner content with seeds.

3. 

Sit vanilla seeds into the pot. Boil the mixture and shut it down.

4. 

gelatin 5.25 oz (150 g)

Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions.

5. 

Pour gelatin into the mixture in a pot while i tis still warm.

Sprinkle the kitchen napkin with few oil drops and grease the mold where the panna cotta will cool. I tis useful only if you plan to serve the product on a plate.

7. 

Fill the molds. You may use ceramics, glasses, plates...

8. 

raspberries 3.5 oz (100 g)  powdered sugar 0.5 tbsp

You can use hot raspberries boiled with sugar as a decoration and a contrast flavor.
