ground walnuts3.5oz100grams
margarine7oz200grams
powdered sugar3.5oz100grams
powdered sugar3tbsp3tablespoon
unsalted butter4.5oz125grams
vanilla sugar1pc1piece

 

Recipe

1. Preparing the dough

all-purpose flour / plain flour 10 oz (280 g)  powdered sugar 3.5 oz (100 g)  ground walnuts 3.5 oz (100 g)  margarine 7 oz (200 g)  egg white 1 pc

Make non-sticky dough from all these ingredients.

2. 

cocoa powder 1.5 tbsp

Divide dough into two equal parts. Add cocoa to one part.

3. 

Pour the cookie mold into powdered sugar, put dough into it and dump the pieces on a baking sheet. If we have enough molds, bake the dough directly in them.

4. Baking

Bake on greased baking sheet for 10-12 minutes at 355°F (180°C) C.

5. Preparing the cream

powdered sugar 3 tbsp  vanilla sugar 1 pc  unsalted butter 4.5 oz (125 g)

Stir softened vegetable oil or softened butter with powder and vanilla sugar until smooth. Joint together white and a dark part of nuts with thus prepared cream.
