Hives

1. Preparing the dough

ground walnuts 7 oz (200 g) • powdered sugar 7 oz (200 g) • chicken egg 1 pc

Make a though dough from these ingredients.

2. Preparing butter cream

unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g) • powdered sugar 3.5 oz (100 g) • egg yolk 1 pc • rum 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)

Mix the ingredients.

3. 

ladyfingers 30 pcs

The bottom of the hives will be made of biscuits

4. 

Sprinkle the mold for hives with sugar and stamp the dough into it - it shall remain hollow (press it with fingers) and dump.

5. 

fruit jam

Put jam and stuffing into hive and biscuits on the bottom.

6. 

Put hives on a tray and let it harden
