Recipe

1. 

grated apples 2 lb (900 g)

Put grated canned apples from two 0.7 l bottles into a deep bowl.

2. 

acidified milk 3.6% 3.8 cup (900 ml)  chicken egg 3 pcs  sunflower oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  powdered sugar 4.25 oz (120 g)  ground cinnamon 2 tsp  vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (15 g)

Add acidoph milk, eggs, oil, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth.

3. 

meal 12.25 oz (350 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 oz (10 g)

Add flour with baking powder.

4. 

Line baking sheet (48x38 cm) with baking paper and pour the dough.

5. 

cream curd 1.1 lb (500 g)  powdered sugar 3.5 oz (100 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  orange zest 2 tsp

Mix the cream curd with sugar, egg and orange (or lemon) peel.

6. 

Put in pastry bag...

... and spray on the dough zigzag.

8. 

Bake in a preheated oven at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for about 60 minutes. After cooling, cut the cake and serve. Store in the refrigerator.
