For its preparation you need the eggs, icing sugar, semi-coarse flour, baking powder, grated apples, vanilla sugar and vegetable fat.
Whisk the egg yolks with vanilla sugar, add in the butter, or vegetable fat, semi-coarse flour and baking powder. Work the dough. Make two loaves. Place one of them in the fridge for an hour.
Roll out not chilled loaf and spread on the greased tray.
Spread grated apples over the dough.
Grate chilled dough into the bowl and add egg whites beaten with vanilla and icing sugar.
Spread gently over the apples.
Bake in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Cut this tender cake carefully with sharp knife.
