Recipe

1. 

grated apples 1.1 lb (500 g)  powdered sugar 7 oz (200 g)  walnuts 2 oz (60 g)

Clean the apples and grate into noodles. Mix with sugar and let rest for 15 minutes. Finely chop the nuts with a knife or kitchen chopper.

2. 

chicken egg 3 pcs  unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)  raisins 2 oz (60 g)  ground cinnamon 2 tsp  ground nutmeg

Add whipped eggs, melted cooled butter, nuts, pre-soaked and drained raisins to the apples. Add cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. Mix well.

3. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 9.5 oz (270 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 oz (8 g)

Finally, thoroughly mix in flour with the baking powder.

4. 

unsalted butter  flour medium

Pour the dough on greased, floured baking sheet with size of about 30x40 cm and bake in a preheated oven at a moderate temperature for about 35 minutes. Stick a skewer into the cake, pull immediately out, its end must be dry, non-sticky to be baked.

5. 

cocoa powder  powdered sugar

While the cake is still hot, sprinkle with cocoa and powdered sugar. After cooling, cut into cubes and serve. Store in a closed container so that it does not dry out.
