Recipe

1. Baking potatoes

potatoes 2.2 lb (1000 g)  rapeseed oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  salt

Clean the potatoes, wash them and cut into parts. Put them on baking sheet and pour oil over. Bake on the highest degree. Add salt and mix.

2. Serve

sheep cheese - bryndza 4.5 oz (125 g)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Mix bryndza with sour cream. Serve on warm baked potatoes.
