Recipe

Cook half of the prepared potatoes in their skins, cool and peel.

2. 

Peel and grate the other half of the potatoes. Mash the cooked potatoes with a vegetable press or grind them in a meat grinder.

chicken egg 1 pc  salt 0.5 tsp  meal 7 oz (200 g)

Mix the potatoes, add egg, salt, flour and make a dough.

4. 

Shape larger balls from the dough (with a diameter of about 4-5 cm) and let rest for a while.

water 1.1 gallon (4000 ml)  salt 2 tsp

Bring water with salt in a pot to boil and cook the potato dumplings. After you put balls in the water, it stops boiling for a while, and when it starts to boil again, cook the dumplings for 15 minutes.

6. 

Remove the cooked kluski with a perforated ladle and serve.
