Recipe

1. Cake base preparation

egg white 8 pcs  ground walnuts 5.25 oz (150 g)  powdered sugar 7 oz (200 g)  breadcrumbs 0.75 oz (20 g)  corn starch 1 tbsp

For the cake base preparation we need following ingredients: 8 egg whites, 200g powdered sugar, 150g ground walnuts, 20g breadcrumbs and one tablespoon of corn starch.

2. 

Beat egg whites into stiff foam, add sugar and again beat well.

3. 

Add to the stiff foam ground walnuts, sifted breadcrumbs, corn starch and stir it.

4. 

Grease the baking tin, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour the prepared dough in. Bake in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) for 15 - 20 minutes.

5. 

Cut baked and cooled pastry into three strips of equal width.

6. Filling preparation

egg yolk 8 pcs  black coffee 2 tbsp  powdered sugar 4.25 oz (120 g)  margarine 7 oz (200 g)  vanilla sugar 1 pk

For the filling preparation we need 8 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons of black coffee, 120g of powdered sugar, 200g of margarine Helia, 1 pack of vanilla sugar.

7. 

Cook egg yolks, black coffee, sugar and vanilla sugar over steam rising from boiling water while stirring constantly, add corn starch. Let the mixture cool, add Helia and beat into foam. Let it stiffen in the cold place.

8. 

apricot marmelade 7 oz (200 g)

Spread apricot jam over the bottom layer, lay the filling on top of it, then place the second layer and again spread jam and filling over it, cover with top layer and spread the remaining filling over the sides and top of the cake.

9. 

chocolate

We can decorate the fancy cake with for example, grated chocolate, let it stiffen in the refrigerator and after one hour cake can be served.
