Add 2/3 of whipped eggs. Keep 1/3 for spreading. Stir the eggs into the cottage cheese.
Add sugar and flour with baking powder and knead a firmer dough.
Add washed, in the water soaked and drained raisins and finely chopped candied fruit. Mix well and create a loaf. You can also soak the raisins in rum.
Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Spread the loaf with the egg that was aside, sprinkle with almonds and cut cross in the middle.
Bake in a preheated oven at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for 50-60 minutes. After about 40 minutes of baking, cover it with foil so that it does not darken too quickly.
You can sprinkle it with sugar after baking and let it cool well.
