Recipe

1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  salt 1.5 tsp  rye bread flour 4.5 oz (125 g)

Put both flours into the bread pan and add salt.

2. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g)  sugar granulated 0.5 tsp

Mix the yeast with the sugar in warm milk and let the yeast rest.

3. 

buttermilk 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Add the yeast and buttermilk to the flour. Put the bread pan in the home bakery breadmaker, set the machine and switch it on.
Program: Classic (or other similar, specified by the manufacturer)
Time: 3 hours
Loaf size: 700g
Crust color: light

You can also bake the bread in the oven. For larger ones, you can double the amount. After rising, shape the bread on a floured board into the shape of a loaf. Put it on a baking sheet, spread with water in which you dissolve the salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 1275°F (690°C)F (690°F (690°F (365°C)C)) F (690°F (365°C)F (365°F (185°C)) C) for about 20 minutes.
