Recipe

1. 

white basmati rice 10.5 oz (300 g)

Wash the rice on a sieve and let soak in water for 15 minutes.

2. 

water 2.5 cup (600 ml)  salt 1 tsp

Bring salt water to boil in the pot. Add strained rice.

3. 

After boiling, cook for 5 minutes, put aside, cover and let the rice cook in its heat.

4. 

carrots 7 oz (200 g)  unsalted butter 1 tbsp  salt 1 tsp  crushed cumin 0.5 tsp  spice turmeric 0.5 tsp

Clean the carrots, cut into small cubes and fry for 5 minutes in butter. Add salt, caraway and turmeric.

5. 

peas 7 oz (200 g)

Add peas to the carrots and simmer together for 2-3 minutes.

6. 

leek 7 oz (200 g)

Wash and finely cut the leeks.

7. 

Add leeks to vegetables...

8. 

...stir and simmer again briefly.

9. 

Add vegetables to cooked rice ...

10. 

...and mix.
