Recipe for easy and quite fast preparation of homemade puff pastry strudel.

1. 

puff pastry 1.1 lb (500 g)

Cut puff pastry into halves and use a rolling pin to spread each one until it has length of a baking tin and width 35-40 cm.

2. 

breadcrumbs 4 tbsp

Sprinkle the centre line with two tablespoons of breadcrumbs.

3. 

apples  sugar granulated 4 tbsp  ground cinnamon

To the same place add half of the grated apples, sprinkle them with two tablespoons of sugar and ground cinnamon.

4. 

ground walnuts 4 tbsp

Add ground walnuts and start to roll. Fold shorter edges towards the inside so that the juice does not escape while baking.

5. 

Fold the edges over the filling and press them to seal. Process the second part of the dough the same way and bake them at 355°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
