Peel one bigger zucchini, cut along and take the inside of it away by using a table-spoon. Cut little pieces of onion.
Shred the zucchini roughly and add salt a bit.
Heat the oil with onion.
water 1.3 cup (300 ml)
Add zucchini, mix up and add water after 3 minutes. Steam it close for about 10 minutes.
Mix flour with milk and sweet cream well, add to steamed zucchini while stirring. Leave for 3 minutes to get boiled and turn out.
We can add unbeaten eggs to the sauce and cook for another 3-4minutes. We can also serve it with boiled eggs.
lemon-juice 1 tbsp
Zest the sauce with lemon juice.
