Zucchini sause as a dish

     

Juicy creamy dish made of zucchini, perfect with boiled eggs.

1. 

zucchini 1 ks  onion 1 ks

Peel one bigger zucchini, cut along and take the inside of it away by using a table-spoon. Cut little pieces of onion.

2. 

Shred the zucchini roughly and add salt a bit.

3. 

Heat the oil with onion.

4. 

water 300 ml

Add zucchini, mix up and add water after 3 minutes. Steam it close for about 10 minutes.

5. 

sugar granulated 2 ČL  salt  dill  vegetable salt 1 ČL

Add sugar, salt, dill.

6. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 3 PL  whipping cream (30-33% fat) 200 ml  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 200 ml

Mix flour with milk and sweet cream well, add to steamed zucchini while stirring. Leave for 3 minutes to get boiled and turn out.

7. 

chicken egg

We can add unbeaten eggs to the sauce and cook for another 3-4minutes. We can also serve it with boiled eggs.

8. 

lemon-juice 1 PL

Zest the sauce with lemon juice.
