Zucchini sause as a dish

whipping cream (30-33% fat)¾cup200milliliters

1. 

zucchini 1 pc  onion 1 pc

Peel one bigger zucchini, cut along and take the inside of it away by using a table-spoon. Cut little pieces of onion.

2. 

Shred the zucchini roughly and add salt a bit.

3. 

Heat the oil with onion.

4. 

water 1.3 cup (300 ml)

Add zucchini, mix up and add water after 3 minutes. Steam it close for about 10 minutes.

sugar granulated 2 tsp  salt  dill  vegetable salt 1 tsp

Add sugar, salt, dill.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 3 tbsp  whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)

Mix flour with milk and sweet cream well, add to steamed zucchini while stirring. Leave for 3 minutes to get boiled and turn out.

7.

We can add unbeaten eggs to the sauce and cook for another 3-4minutes. We can also serve it with boiled eggs.

8. 

lemon-juice 1 tbsp

Zest the sauce with lemon juice.
