3. Cooking potatoes
potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g) • water 1.7 cup (400 ml) • salt 1 tsp
Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml) • whole milk 3.5% ¾ cup (200 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 oz (25 g)
Mix milk and flour in the cream.

... and pour a cream-milk mixture. Boil until thickened. You can drizzle it with lemon juice or little boiled vinegar.
