water1.7cup400milliliters
whipping cream (30-33% fat)1.1cup250milliliters
whole milk 3.5%¾cup200milliliters

1. 

ramsons 3.5 oz (100 g)

Wash the ramsons...

2. 

... and chop.

3. Cooking potatoes

potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g)  water 1.7 cup (400 ml)  salt 1 tsp

Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)  whole milk 3.5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 oz (25 g)

Mix milk and flour in the cream.

5. 

sugar granulated 0.5 tsp

Add a little sugar, ramsons to the boiled potatoes ....

6. 

lemon-juice  vinegar

... and pour a cream-milk mixture. Boil until thickened. You can drizzle it with lemon juice or little boiled vinegar.
