1. 

white roll 2 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 10 tbsp (150 ml)  minced pork meat 1.8 lb (800 g)  onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  garlic 4 cloves  salt 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  breadcrumbs

Cut the bread rolls and without ends pour the milk over, let it soak. Add minced meat, finely chopped onion, eggs, pressed garlic, salt and black pepper. Blend prepared mixture this way with the hands. If the mixture seems to be weak, add a bit breadcrumbs.

From the mixture form oval burgers and coat with the breadcrumbs.

Fry burgers in a hot oil under the lid for 8 minutes, turn over and fry for further 8 minutes on other side without lid.

4. 

The burgers can be eaten with the bread and mustard or serve them with boiled vegetables and sauces. It is very tasty with potatoes or mashed potatoes.
