Meat Balls in Diabolical Sauce

     

Tasty meat balls in hot tomato sauce which suits it very well. For prep of the balls it is suitable to use minced poultry, pork or beef meat or mix of them. It is recommended pasta with the balls as a side dish.

1. 

minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt 1.5 tsp  ground black pepper 1 tsp  ground red paprika 1 tsp  garlic 4 pinches  breadcrumbs 1 tbsp  chicken egg 1 pc  chive

Add salt, all of spices, pressed garlic, egg, breadcrumbs and chopped chives into the minced meat. Blend well all together. HINT: You can add preboiled rise into the mixture to taste.

Form small balls from the meat mixture.

Put a little oil into the skillet and fry the balls for about 10 minutes. Then remove them out and place on the plate.

Add finely chopped onion into the meat juices and fry for a while, then pour in tomato puree and water.

Place balls into the sauce, add meat bouillon and cook all together for about 20 minutes until the balls are cooked.

potato starch 2 tbsp  sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp  oregano 1 tsp

Shortly before the meal is cooked, thicken the sauce with flour or starch mixed with water. Season the sauce with sweet chilli sauce and oregano.

Finally add crushed chilli pepper also.
