Tasty round grain rice prepared on butter.

milled rice 7 oz (200 g)
Wash the rice on the strainer under running water.
Let it drip.
unsalted butter 1.5 oz (40 g)
Melt the butter in a pot...
...and add the rice.
salt 0.5 tsp
Salt it and roast it for 5 minutes while stirring.
water 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Add cold water...
...stir it and bring to a boil point.
Reduce the heat, cover the rice and cook slowly for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it for a while.
Stir it with a fork before serving.
