1. Preparation of potatoes
Peel potatoes, wash and cut. Cook in salty water until tender.
2. Preparation of roux
Peel and chop the onion. Fry in oil, add the flour, ground paprika, fry for a few seconds and pour in a water. Cook the roux until smooth.

Cut the pork sausages into the rings, saute in skillet without oil because used Debrecen sausages are more fat.
lentils sterilized 1.1 lb (500 g)
Cook dry lentil until tender, or for soup preparation use sterilised canned lentil. Add into the cooked potatoes.
Strain cooked roux through the sieve into the soup. Bring all togehter into the boil. According to taste add pressed garlic if wanted, eventually salt the soup.
Finally add fried sausages, blend and serve.
