Recipe

rapeseed oil 2 tbsp • salt 0.25 tsp • ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
Crumble cauliflower into the greased baking dish with hands and even it. Salt and sprinkle with spices.

curd cheese 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt 0.25 tsp • ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
Make a second layer from half the cream curd. From the rest of the cauliflower make the third layer, salt and season. Sprinkle with other half of the cream curd.

chicken egg 2 pcs • cream (fat 10-12%) 1.1 cup (250 ml) • semolina 2 tbsp • salt 0.5 tsp
Whipp eggs, cream, semolina and salt.

Pour the mixture over the cauliflower cheese pudding.

Sprinkle the surface evenly with the prepared cheese.

Bake for 50 minutes at 200 °C.
