Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil it for 5 minutes in salted water.
Crumble cauliflower into the greased baking dish with hands and even it. Salt and sprinkle with spices.
Make a second layer from half the cream curd. From the rest of the cauliflower make the third layer, salt and season. Sprinkle with other half of the cream curd.
Whipp eggs, cream, semolina and salt.
Pour the mixture over the cauliflower cheese pudding.
