Recipe

1. 

cauliflower

Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil it for 5 minutes in salted water.

2. 

rapeseed oil 2 tbsp  salt 0.25 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp

Crumble cauliflower into the greased baking dish with hands and even it. Salt and sprinkle with spices.

3. 

curd cheese 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt 0.25 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp

Make a second layer from half the cream curd. From the rest of the cauliflower make the third layer, salt and season. Sprinkle with other half of the cream curd.

4. 

chicken egg 2 pcs  cream (fat 10-12%) 1.1 cup (250 ml)  semolina 2 tbsp  salt 0.5 tsp

Whipp eggs, cream, semolina and salt.

5. 

Pour the mixture over the cauliflower cheese pudding.

6. 

semi-hard cheese with 45% fat 7 oz (200 g)

Grate the cheese coarsely.

7. 

Sprinkle the surface evenly with the prepared cheese.

8. 

Bake for 50 minutes at 200 °C.
