Baked cauliflower and spicy taste of blue ćheese, which is similar to French Roquefort cheese.

1. 

cauliflower

Take the cauliflower into pieces, wash and boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and let it cool.

2. 

onion 8.75 oz (250 g)

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

3. 

Add the onion to the cooked cauliflower.

4. 

potatoes 10.5 oz (300 g)

Peel the potatoes, wash and grate them coarsely.

Add them to the cauliflower and stir.

unsalted butter  breadcrumbs

Grease the baking pot with butter and cover with breadcrumbs. Put the prepared cauliflower into it.

sour cream (fat 14-18%) 7 oz (200 g)  whole milk 3.5% 10 tbsp (150 ml)  chicken egg 3 pcs  salt 1 tsp  ground white pepper 0.5 tsp

Mix the milk, eggs, salt and pepper in the cream.

8. 

Pour the mixture over the cauliflower, place in a hot oven and bake at 735°F (390°C)F (390°F (200°C)) for about 30 minutes (until solidified).

9. 

blue cheese 4.25 oz (120 g)

Grate the cheese coarsely.

Sprinkle the cauliflower with it ...
