semi skimmed milk 1,5%¾cup200milliliters
spice turmeric0.5tsp½teaspoon

 

Recipe

1. 

cauliflower 7 oz (200 g)  potatoes 7 oz (200 g)  flour medium 7 oz (200 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  chicken egg 2 pcs

Mix mentioned ingredients all together.

2. 

marjoram 1 tsp  garlic 2 cloves  salt 0.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp  spice turmeric 0.5 tsp

Add garlic and season with spices.

3. 

Let the dough rest in the cold for at least half an hour.

4. 

Shape a pancake from the prepared dough in a pan with hot oil. Fry it from one...

5. 

...and from the other side. After removal, remove the redundant oil from the pancakes with a paper napkin.
