semi skimmed milk 1,5%¾cup200milliliters
sheep cheese - bryndza4.5oz125grams
sour cream (fat 14-18%)2tbsp2tablespoon

 

Recipe

1. 

potatoes  garlic 5 cloves  onion 5.25 oz (150 g)

Peel the potatoes, wash and grate them roughly. Clean the garlic and onion. Grate the onion, press the garlic and mix it into the potatoes.

2. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)

Add milk and mix with an immersion blender.

3.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g)  marjoram 2 tsp  salt 2 tsp

... flour, marjoram and salt.

5. 

pork lard

Spread a baking sheet (42X32 cm) with fat and pour the dough on it.

6. 

Bake in a preheated oven for about an hour. Cut into portions.

7. 

sheep cheese - bryndza 4.5 oz (125 g)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 2 tbsp

Mix bryndza with a little cream ...

8. 

... and spread each portion before serving.
