Simple prep of tasty milk rise. Homemade one is much cheaper and you get it more in comparison to product from the shop.

semi skimmed milk 1,5%1.05quart1litre
semi skimmed milk 1,5%6.75tbsp1decilitre
strawberry Pudding - powder1.5oz40grams
sugar granulated2.75oz80grams
vanilla sugar0.75oz20grams
various fruits1.1lb500grams
water2.1cup½litre

 

Recipe

1. Cooking of rise

milled rice 7 oz (200 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  water 2.1 cup (500 ml)  sugar granulated 2.75 oz (80 g)  vanilla sugar 0.75 oz (20 g)

Rinse the rise under the running water through a sieve and place into the pot. Add milk, water, vanilla and caster sugar. Cook stirring frequently for 30 minutes.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  strawberry Pudding - powder 1.5 oz (40 g)

Blend custard powder in milk, pour into the cooked rise and mix until thickened. By changing of the custard powder flavour you can prepare milk rise of different taste (caramel, vanilla etc.).

3.

In a bowl place mixed canned or fresh chopped fruit, pour hot rise mash over and decorate the surface of mash with other fruit. Let it cool to a room temperature and serve. Rise can be placed in the fridge in covered bowls and we have tasty breakfast for a few days.
