1. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.3 cup (300 ml)  oat flakes 1 oz (30 g)

Cook oat flakes in milk for 6-8 minutes.

2. 

honey  1 tbsp  strawberries 5.25 oz (150 g)

Pour the flakes into a blender, add honey and washed strawberries. Mix.

3. 

wheat germ 1 tbsp

Add wheat germ and mix.

4. 

sugar cane  strawberries

Pour into bowls, sprinkle with sugar as needed and garnish with strawberries.
