1. 

oat flakes 1 oz (30 g)  water ¾ cup (200 ml)  sesame seeds 2 tsp  flax seeds 1 tsp

Put flakes into a pot, add water and boil. Grind the sesame and flax seeds and mix into the porridge.

2. 

whole milk 3.5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Add milk and let boil.

3. 

persimmon 1 pc

Peel the persimmon, mash one part with the fork and the other cut finely.

4. 

sesame seeds  sesame seed black

Stir the crushed part into a porridge. Garnish with a sliced persimmon on a plate and sprinkle with black and white sesame.
