Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon

Dried apples
Ground cinnamon¼teaspoon
Oat flakes5tablespoon
Semi skimmed milk 1,5%1.5dl
Sugar cane1teaspoon
Water2.5dl

1. 

oat flakes 5 tbsp  water 2.5 dl  dried apples

Boil flakes and ½ cup of chopped dried apples in water over a moderate heat for about 5 minutes.

2. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.5 dl  ground cinnamon ¼ tsp  sugar cane 1 tsp

Add milk, sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and cook, stirring for 5 minutes until the oatmeal thickens. If it is too thick, add milk as needed.
