Thick porridge of healthy buckwheat, full of fiber and sweet bananas. Great start to the day and energy for the whole morning after consuming it.

1. 

buckwheat 1.75 oz (50 g)  oat flakes 0.75 oz (20 g)  water 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Wash the buckwheat, pour water over and mix in the oat flakes. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.

2. 

Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.

3. 

banana 3.5 oz (100 g)  soluble fiber Psyllium  1 tsp  pumpkin seeds without shell 0.75 oz (20 g)

Add cutted bananas, which you mash into a porridge. Add fiber and pumpkin seeds.
