buckwheat1.75oz50grams
oat flakes0.75oz20grams
pumpkin seeds without shell0.75oz20grams
soluble fiber Psyllium 1tsp1teaspoon
water1.1cup250milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

buckwheat 1.75 oz (50 g)  oat flakes 0.75 oz (20 g)  water 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Wash the buckwheat, pour water over and mix in the oat flakes. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.

2. 

Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.

3. 

banana 3.5 oz (100 g)  soluble fiber Psyllium  1 tsp  pumpkin seeds without shell 0.75 oz (20 g)

Add cutted bananas, which you mash into a porridge. Add fiber and pumpkin seeds.
