Heat the pan where you will roast oats, coarsely chopped walnuts and coarsely chopped almonds. Fry for about 5 minutes, until everything changes color.
sesame seeds 1 oz (30 g)
Add the sesame seeds, fry together for 5 minutes.
wheat germ 0.75 oz (20 g)
When roasting nuts and flakes, fry on the other pan dry wheat germ.
Add pinch of salt, sugar and wheat germ to the nut mixture. Stir for 2 minutes until the sugar is melted.
Finally, add the cinnamon and cranberries. Serve immediately with yogurt or milk, eventually put it aside in an airtight container for storage.
