buckwheat1.75oz50grams
chia seeds0.5tsp½teaspoon
water10tbsp150milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

buckwheat 1.75 oz (50 g)  water 10 tbsp (150 ml)

Wash the buckwheat under running water. Put in a pot, add water, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and ler rest for 15 minutes.

2. 

almonds 0.75 oz (20 g)

Chop the almonds finely.

3. 

chia seeds 0.5 tsp  banana 1 pc

Stir chia seeds into the boiled buckwheat to obtain a mushy consistency. Let it rest for a while. Mix mashed banana and almonds.
