Sugar-free breakfast porridge. If the sweet taste of bananas is not enough, you can easily pour agave syrup on it, or honey in the winter months.

Millet 1.5 oz (40 g)  water 1.1 cup (260 ml)

Wash the millet on a sieve under running water. Put in a pot, add water and cook covered for 15 minutes.

Add ground flax seeds, ...

grated coconut 1 oz (25 g)

banana 3.5 oz (100 g)

... and bananas.

whole milk 3.5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Dilute with hot milk.
