mineral water 10tbsp150milliliters
pumpkin oil0.25oz10grams

 

Recipe

1. 

dates 7 oz (200 g)

Separate the two halves of the dried dates and remove the pit.

2. 

mineral water  10 tbsp (150 ml)

Put them in a deep bowl, pour them over with mineral water, cover and place them in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

3. 

After 24 hours, dates will absorb the mineral water completely. Use a hand blender to mix them until mushy. Do not pour the mineral water off.

4. 

cocoa powder 1 oz (30 g)  honey  2.75 oz (80 g)

Pour cocoa powder in the dates, add honey and mix.

5. 

pumpkin oil 0.25 oz (10 g)

Pour in oil and mix.

6. 

grated coconut 7 oz (200 g)

At the end pour in coconut.

7. 

Mix it slowly...

8. 

... and incorporate the coconut into the mixture.

9. 

Line the tray with parchment paper and evenly lay the mixture, spread it and press. The layer has the size about 25x20cm.

10.

Sprinkle the surface with grated coconut and press the coconut into the mixture.

11. 

Place the layer in the refrigerator for 24 hours unless it becomes stiff and dry. Then cut it into sticks. Store in the cold place.

12. 

One portion - stick weights about 25 grammes and has energy value about 125 kcal.
