semi skimmed milk 1,5%1.05quart1litre
semolina3.5oz100grams
sugar granulated2oz60grams
sugar granulated0.25tsp¼teaspoon
unsalted butter0.75oz20grams

 

Recipe

1. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g)  sugar granulated 2 oz (60 g)

In a double bottom pot bring almost to the boil milk, butter and sugar while stirring occasionally.

2. 

semolina 3.5 oz (100 g)

Gradually pour in semolina while stirring frequently. Cook and stir until the gruel becomes dense.

3. 

ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp  sugar granulated 0.25 tsp

Pour the gruel in dinner plates. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
