Brittle crunchy pretzels for Christmas table.

Pour flour, sugar into a bowl, add egg yolk and chopped butter, pour in the cinnamon.
Knead the dough, wrap into the clingfilm and place in fridge for an hour.
Take dough out of the fridge and form into the 15 cm long cylinder. Chop it into 1 cm thick slices. From each slice form approximately 25 cm long cylinder.
Form the pretzel and replace on the tray covered with baking paper (foil).

Carefully brush the pretzels with beaten egg.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
