1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 7.75 oz (220 g)  powdered sugar 2 oz (60 g)  unsalted butter 4.25 oz (120 g)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 5 oz (140 g)  egg yolk 1 pc

Put flour into a bowl, add sugar, chopped butter, cream and egg yolk.

Knead a dough that is soft and sticky.

3. 

Wrap the dough in food foil and let it rest in the fridge for a day.

4.

Roll the dough on a floured board to a thickness of about 3-4 mm.

5. 

Cut rings out (diameter about 4 cm).

6. 

Place the rings on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for 12-15 minutes. The rings increase in size.

7. 

egg white 1 pc  sugar cane

Spread the rings with whipped egg white and sprinkle with sugar.

8. 

Bake for 12 minutes at 180 °C.

9. 

fruit jam

Spread jam on the cooled rings..

10. 

cooking chocolate 60  whipping cream (30-33% fat) 4 tbsp

Soak the rings in chocolate melted in whipped cream ...

11. 

walnuts

... and in chopped nuts.

12. 

Place the rings on the with jam spreaded rings. Let it harden in the cold.
