Put flour into a bowl, add sugar, chopped butter, cream and egg yolk.
Knead a dough that is soft and sticky.
Wrap the dough in food foil and let it rest in the fridge for a day.
Roll the dough on a floured board to a thickness of about 3-4 mm.
Cut rings out (diameter about 4 cm).
Place the rings on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for 12-15 minutes. The rings increase in size.
Bake for 12 minutes at 180 °C.
Spread jam on the cooled rings..
Soak the rings in chocolate melted in whipped cream ...
