|All-purpose flour / plain flour||40||g|
|Sweet cream for cooking||500||ml|
pumpkin 1.5 kg
Peel the pumpkin....
...cut longwise into the halves and remove the seeds with the spoon.
Then grate it.
Add pumpkin into the onion, salt, pour in a little water and stirring occasionally steam for 15 minutes.
Blend flour in sour cream and thicken the sauce.
dill 2 tbsp
Finally stir in the fresh chopped dill, mix and according to taste salt.
