semi skimmed milk 1,5%1.1cup250milliliters
sweet cream for cooking1.1cup250milliliters
water6.75tbsp1decilitre
zucchini1.3lb600grams

1. Fry the onion and add the meat

onion 1 pc  olive oil 2 tbsp  chicken breasts 1.3 lb (600 g)  salt 2 tsp  ground red paprika 2 tsp  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Finely chop the onion and fry in oil. Wash the chicken breasts and add into the onion. After the meat shrinks, add salt, paprika and pour in a water.

2. Add zucchini

zucchini 1.3 lb (600 g)

Peel the zucchini and cut into a smaller cubes. Add into the meat and steam under the lid for further 20 minutes. Mixture is thick, but do not pour in a water, zucchini will release the water in adequate amount during the steaming.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.5 tbsp  sweet cream for cooking 1.1 cup (250 ml)  marjoram 2 tsp

Mix the flour in a milk and pour into the meat with zucchini. Blend until the sauce is thickened and pour in a single cream. Bring to the boil and finally sprinkle with marjoram.
