Recipe for preparation of potato dumplings, oven-baked with chicken meat and vegetable.

1. Dough preparation
Peel the potatoes and finely grate it. Add egg, salt, flour and knead into the semi-firm dough.
Cook the dumplings in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under the cold water.
3. Preparation of chicken mixture
bacon strips 3.5 oz (100 g)
Fry the bacon in little oil.
Add chicken meat, chopped into the small pieces. Salt, season and sauté for a while.
Pour in a double cream, add processed cheese and garlic. Cook the sauce for a while until the cheese is melted.
Layer dumplings into the baking dish or small tray.
Pour chicken mixture over the dumplings and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

Then take dumplings out and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for further 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
