Recipe for preparation of potato dumplings, oven-baked with chicken meat and vegetable.

1. Dough preparation

potatoes 15.25 oz (430 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  salt 1  flour medium 8.75 oz (250 g)

Peel the potatoes and finely grate it. Add egg, salt, flour and knead into the semi-firm dough.

Cook the dumplings in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under the cold water.

bacon strips 3.5 oz (100 g)

Fry the bacon in little oil.

chicken breasts 10.5 oz (300 g)  salt 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  vegetable salt 3 tsp

Add chicken meat, chopped into the small pieces. Salt, season and sauté for a while.

peas 1.75 oz (50 g)  corn sterilized 2.75 oz (80 g)

Add peas and corn.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml)  processed cheese 2 oz (60 g)  garlic 2 cloves

Pour in a double cream, add processed cheese and garlic. Cook the sauce for a while until the cheese is melted.

Layer dumplings into the baking dish or small tray.

Pour chicken mixture over the dumplings and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
