salt • ground black pepper • bacon strips 4.25 oz (120 g) • blue cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)
Season cutlets with a little salt and pepper. Place on each cutlet slice of bacon and thicker slice of molded cheese.

Fold the cutlet so that the filling does not overhang.

all-purpose flour / plain flour • chicken egg 3 pcs • breadcrumbs
Coat in the traditional triplecoat (flour -> beaten eggs with a little milk -> breadcrumbs).

Fry in hot oil from both sides approx. 8 minutes.
