Recipe

1. 

chicken breasts 1.3 lb (600 g)

Adjust chicken breasts into bigger cutlets.

2. 

salt  ground black pepper  bacon strips 4.25 oz (120 g)  blue cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)

Season cutlets with a little salt and pepper. Place on each cutlet slice of bacon and thicker slice of molded cheese.

3. 

Fold the cutlet so that the filling does not overhang.

4. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour  chicken egg 3 pcs  breadcrumbs

Coat in the traditional triplecoat (flour -> beaten eggs with a little milk -> breadcrumbs).

5. 

Fry in hot oil from both sides approx. 8 minutes.
