Recipe for preparation of easy and quick cutlets enhanced with tasty filling from molded cheese and bacon.

chicken breasts 1.3 lb (600 g)
Adjust chicken breasts into bigger cutlets.
Season cutlets with a little salt and pepper. Place on each cutlet slice of bacon and thicker slice of molded cheese.
Fold the cutlet so that the filling does not overhang.
Coat in the traditional triplecoat (flour -> beaten eggs with a little milk -> breadcrumbs).
Fry in hot oil from both sides approx. 8 minutes.
