Cut chicken breasts into thin cutlets (so that they are easier to roll). Season them with ground red pepper and a little salt.
schwarzwald ham 7 oz (200 g)
Place one slice of Schwarzwald ham underneath and on top of each cutlet.

Roll the cutlets and fix each one with the wooden skewer. Place them into baking pot greased with oil. Bake covered with aluminium foil at 390°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
