Recipe

water 2.1 cup (500 ml) • salt 1 tsp • ground caraway 0.5 tsp
Put them in a pot, add water, salt and caraway. Cook until tender (15-20 minutes).

sour cream (fat 14-18%) 14 oz (400 g) • whole milk 3.5% 1.3 cup (300 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.5 oz (15 g)
Mix the milk and flour in the cream.
