new potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes.
Put them in a pot, add water, salt and caraway. Cook until tender (15-20 minutes).
dill 0.75 oz (20 g)
Wash the bundle of dill and chop.
Mix the milk and flour in the cream.
sugar granulated 0.5 tsp
Add the roux to the potatoes, add sugar and cook.
Finally add the prepared dill.
