sour cream (fat 14-18%)14oz400grams
sugar granulated0.5tsp½teaspoon
water2.1cup500milliliters
whole milk 3.5%1.3cup300milliliters

1. 

new potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes.

2. 

water 2.1 cup (500 ml)  salt 1 tsp  ground caraway 0.5 tsp

Put them in a pot, add water, salt and caraway. Cook until tender (15-20 minutes).

3. 

dill 0.75 oz (20 g)

Wash the bundle of dill and chop.

4. 

sour cream (fat 14-18%) 14 oz (400 g)  whole milk 3.5% 1.3 cup (300 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.5 oz (15 g)

Mix the milk and flour in the cream.

5. 

sugar granulated 0.5 tsp

Add the roux to the potatoes, add sugar and cook.

6. 

Finally add the prepared dill.
